With more than 25 years of global leadership experience, Michael is a seasoned Human Resources executive recognized for guiding culture-shaping initiatives and aligning HR processes with organizational strategy. He provides strategic leadership across talent solutions designed to elevate the performance of organizations, individuals, teams, and leaders.
Throughout his career, Michael has held global thought leadership and operational roles where he integrated human resources processes to strengthen culture and business performance. His expertise spans Talent Management, Leadership Development, Coaching, Culture Shaping, Organization Design & Development, Succession Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Assessment, Change Management, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
Michael served as Senior Vice President of Talent & Organization Development at Aurora Health Care. He also held multiple global leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources at CNH Industrial and Global Director of Talent & Diversity at Kohler Co. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Human Resources for Jockey International’s retail division and as Corporate Director of Training & Development. Michael is known for helping organizations move from strategy to execution—translating concepts into practical implementation across the talent lifecycle, from Selection to Succession. He consults and coaches senior leaders to advance their organizations with a deep understanding of both business imperatives and cultural dynamics.
In addition to his consulting and leadership work, Michael is the author of Leadership On Purpose, a book that explores how leaders can intentionally shape culture and drive meaningful impact.
